Although I have had considerable technical difficulties
with producing the maps (my limited skills coupled with glitches on the part of
Google Maps), I am happy to report that the map is now up-to-date.
If you are so inclined, you can now see the route we have
taken since leaving Estes Park. The Route has screen shots of the individual maps that comprise our journey. However, if you click on the link to my
Google Maps site, you will find an interactive map. Here, you can click on any placemark on the
map and bring up a link to the blog posts for that particular location. (You
can always find this link to my Google Maps site on the right column of the blog
under Where Are We?)
Let me know if you encounter any problems or if you have
any suggestions for making the map easier to read.

It's working pretty well as far as I can tell Sarah. Cool feature! Putting that together must have kept you busy on a cold winter's night. :-) Hope you all are staying warm. LV
ReplyDeleteLV, I'm glad it seems to be working. Yes, woring on the map has kept me busy on quite a few cold nights! It's been fun though, and I feel like I've mastered new technology. Sarah
